In his role as Vice President at The Kase Group, Peter Kikis advises multi-national corporations and property owners on a broad range of real estate strategies. Mr. Kikis brings over 7 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate having worked in a variety of verticals in the industry. With a diverse track record stemming from his work on STNL & multi-tenant asset disposition and acquisition advisory throughout the United States, Peter has exclusively represented clientele ranging from institutional REITs, developers & private clients to large multi-unit / multi-concept operators of various degrees and sizes ranging from large corporate national operators to single-unit Franchisee operators. Prior to joining The Kase Group in 2023, Mr. Kikis worked at Alpha RE Advisors as VP and Founding Member. Mr. Kikis began his career in the field of commercial real estate at Matthews REIS where he initially found success in the industry in advising landlords & tenants on individual and multi-unit real estate portfolio projects across many different property types.
