Robert Chana is part of The Kase Group’s Investment Sales advisory team. He specializes in exclusive seller & buyer representation, along with national and multinational clients. This includes; financial advisory, acquisition & disposition, financial analysis as well as tenant & capital market advisory. Mr. Chana represents clients in retail investment property sales. He also focuses on the fast food QSR, banks, pharmacies and shopping center retail sectors while handling the transactions of both multi and single tenant net leases with a focus on institutional credit tenants. Mr. Chana received his undergraduate degree In Business and History from The University of Hartford where he was a member of the Division One men's lacrosse team. Outside of work. He is an avid traveler and spends time surfing, skiing/snowboarding, hiking and camping.
